## Plan Structure
1. **Free Plan**:
- We offer a free plan for starters with limited features.
- The free plan does not involve any charges and thus is not eligible for refunds.
2. **Paid Plans**:
- Our paid plans offer advanced features and capabilities.
- All paid plans start with a 7-day trial period.
- The trial period is not free; your provided payment method will be charged at the start of the trial.
- After the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a regular paid subscription unless cancelled.
## Trial Period and Refunds
1. **7-Day Paid Trial**:
- The 7-day trial period begins when you sign up for a paid plan and provide your payment details.
- During the trial period, you have full access to the features of the selected paid plan.
- If you cancel during the 7-day trial period, you are eligible for a full refund of the trial fee.
2. **Automatic Subscription Start**:
- If you do not cancel during the trial period, your regular subscription will start automatically after the 7-day trial.
- Once the regular subscription begins, refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees.
3. **Subscription Cancellation**:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the trial or subscription purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund through an alternative method at our discretion.
## Excessive Refund Requests
MojoGen AI reserves the right to refuse refund requests from users who have a history of excessive refund claims or who we believe are abusing our refund policy.
